Jordon William Jensen, 20, of Austin, Minnesota, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 27, 2016, at his home.

He was born March 5, 1996, in Austin, the son of David A. and LuAnn (Wilde) Jensen. Jordon was baptized and confirmed at St. Olaf Lutheran Church. While attending Austin High School, he was involved in the Skills USA Club. Jordon had various jobs including McDonald’s, Godfather’s, and most recently at Verizon. He enjoyed computers, playing video games, and working on things. Jordon and his family were members of St. Olaf Lutheran Church.

Jordon is survived by his mother, LuAnn (Wilde) Jensen, his father David Jensen both of Austin; his brother Jason Pedersen, also of Austin; two nephews, Logan and Aydan Pedersen; many aunts, uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin with Pastor Mark Niethammer officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 to 11 a.m. immediately preceding the service. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Parenting Resource Center. Make checks payable to: PRC, with Jordon Jensen’s name in the memo line. Funds will be allocated for speakers on addiction in the schools.
