ALBERT LEA —The man accused of wielding a firearm during a home invasion Thursday night involving two children in Albert Lea was arrested Friday evening in Olmsted County.
Jessie Lamar Crum, 35, of Rochester is being held in the Olmsted County Jail on warrants and for a probable cause hold tied to the Albert Lea case, according to Albert Lea police.
Crum was one of three people police believed were involved in the incident. Benita Nicole Crum, 33, of Rochester was arrested previously, and it is unclear if a second woman accused of driving a getaway car has been found.
Jessie and Benita Crum are accused of forcing their way into a house at 610 Ruble Ave. and forcing two children to leave with them at gunpoint.
The dispute was over child custody.
The children were later found and taken into protective custody.
