He can be released of probation after 10 years.

He also faced another charge of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct for a significant relationship with a victim under 16 years of age with multiple acts, but it was dismissed.

According to police reports, O’Hara allegedly molested the girl several years ago, when she was between 11 to 14, at his home in Austin.

The victim stopped going to O’Hara’s home in 2012 and never reported O’Hara until recently, when she found out O’Hara was in a relationship with a 17-year-old girl. O’Hara denied molesting the victim but did admit he was seeing a 17-year-old, according to the court complaint.
