The Lyle-Pacelli softball team closed out its regular season with an exclamation point as it beat Martin Luther 24-13 in five innings in Todd Park Thursday.

LP (4-12 overall) racked up 16 hits in the win and Faith King had a pair of triples.

LP led 11-9 after three innings and it scored 13 runs on seven hits and seven walks to break open the game in the bottom of the fourth.
