Senior center offers clinic for wills

From 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, you can sign up for free assistance with a will, financial power of attorney and health care directive.
The Mower County Senior Center will be hosting a free will clinic. Work with a volunteer to complete documents. An estate planning attorney will be here to answer your questions and help ensure your paperwork is filled out correctly. All documents are completed and notarized at the clinic.
This clinic is for low income seniors. You must meet income eligibility requirements to participate and have appointment. Call the Southern Minnesota Regional Services for more information at 1-888-575-2954 from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday or apply on line at www.justice4mn.org.
Celebrating Father’s Day
At noon on Friday we are celebrating fathers. Join us for Father’s Day lunch starting at noon. Come and bring a friend or spoil the father in your life with a hardy lunch. We are having a choice of ham or roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables and dessert cost is $8.50 for members and $9.50 for non-members.

We look forward to seeing you at our many programs at the senior center. Don’t forget our coffee shop where every day you can have homemade soup for $1 and sandwich for 50 cents. Tuesday we are having chicken enchilada hotdish for only $2. You are always welcome at the center.
