The Blooming Prairie volleyball team lost to Medford (4-4 overall, 1-0 Gopher) by scores of 26-24, 25-16, 25-21 on the road Thursday.

Marissa Larson had seven kills in the loss for BP (4-5 overall, 1-1 Gopher).

“I was proud of our girls to keep fighting and I thought we did a lot of great things tonight, but not enough to push it beyond three,” BP head coach Ranell Kittelson said. “We need to continue to work on our in-system passing, defensive scrappiness, and making aggressive plays at the net on offense when we have excellent passes.”
