JM Beauty Salon staff were welcomed to Austin by Chamber Ambassadors with a ribbon cutting in front of their salon, 120 Third Ave NW. Store owner Martina Narvaez, center, cut the ribbon while staff members Estrella Guterrez, Cindy Hernandez and Miriam Mendoza looked on.
