A 30-year-old Austin man is facing charges for allegedly sexual assaulting a now 14-year-old female over several years.
Dontavious Omar Green of Austin has been charged with four felonies: first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under age 16 of a significant relationship, first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a vicim under 13 and two second-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
According to court records, Green engaged with an escalating series of sexual acts with a minor female dating to when the victim was 11 in 2013.
The incidents came to light after a friend of the victim learned what Green was allegedly doing and reported it.
The victim had told the friend she was afraid to report the abuse.
The acts began when Green and the victim were playing a game and he asked her to lick her own breast. From there, he began groping her before the incidents progressed to sexual penetration.
The incidents occurred in Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Minnesota, Tennessee and then again in Minnesota, as Green moved often because he was in the military.
The incidents continued through Nov. 12, 2016, and Green didn’t want the victim to date because he wanted her “for himself.”
