The high school fall sports season has come to an end, topped by the Grand Meadow Superlarks’ fourth-straight title and 50th-straight win, but there were plenty of moments before that late November milestone.
It’s often hard for me to pick out my favorite shots during a season, but with plenty of talent in the area and a little bit of timing, it always seems to work out.
From diving catches to epic celebrations, our area athletes never leave me wanting when it comes to great moments and great action.
And you can always count on the surprise moments, surprise runs that perhaps people didn’t see coming. Either way it makes my job fun.
So, as we move forward into winter I want to take a look back at some of my favorite moments in the 2016 fall season.
