The Lyle-Pacelli girls basketball team took its first loss of the season when it lost to No. 8 ranked Cedar Mountain-Comfrey (8-0 overall) 57-51 in the Cedar Mountain Comfrey tournament title game Friday.

The Athletics (6-1 overall) will host LeRoy-Ostrander in Lyle Jan. 3.
