The Lyle-Pacelli girls basketball team clinched its fifth straight SEC West title and its fourth straight SEC title as it beat LeRoy-Ostrander (2-19 overall, 2-12 SEC) 85-48 on the road Thursday.
Kristi Fett had a career-high 26 points on 12-for-15 shooting for LP (18-4 overall, 14-0 SEC) and Olivia Christianson had a career-high 24 points. After going from a starter to coming off the bench in the last two games, Christianson has put up back to back career high scoring out-puts.
“I’m really proud of Olivia,” LP head coach Justin Morris said. “We moved her out of the starting lineup to take some pressure off her and she’s played the best two games of her career and it really shows how good of a teammate she says.”
