—Edgar Carlos, 26, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines.
—Jeremy Paul Epperson, 35, of Anoka was sentenced a stayed prison term of three years for felony violation of a harassment restraining order. He must serve five years probation, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.
—Tangelia Patrice Jones, 33, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of two years and nine months for felony third-degree sale of a narcotic. She must serve 30 years probation, follow several conditions, and pay $135 in fines.
—Jay Carl Krampitz, 48, of Rochester was sentenced to seven years and four months in prison for felony second-degree drug possession of 25 grams or more of cocaine of methamphetamines.
—Austin Joshua Mortenson, 23, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and nine months for felony terroristic threats. He must serve five years probation, follow several conditions, serve 50 hours of community service and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 50 days served.
—Kelly Stewart Pirmantgen, 42, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and six months for felony violation of a harassment restraining order. He received a concurrent sentence of a stayed prison term of one year and three months for felony fifth-degree assault. He must serve five years probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. He received credit for 110 days served.
—Elbert Opanon Trias, 44, of Austin was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison for felony third-degree possession of three grams or more of cocaine/heroine/methamphetamine.
