The Blooming Prairie softball team picked up its seventh win in a row as it topped Kenyon-Wanamingo (2-8 overall) 2-1 in eight innings on the road Tuesday.

BP (8-2 overall) tied the game at 1-1 when Maya Lembke drove in a run in the sixth and Emma Christianson hit a sacrifice fly to give the Awesome Blossoms the lead for good in the eighth.

Elly Strunk struck out 17 to get the win in the circle for BP.
