—Brandon Franklin Atkinson, 25, of St. Cloud was sentenced to one year and three months in prison for felony receiving stolen property. He must pay $1,085 in fines.
—Bradley Matthew Clark, 21, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of four years and 10 months for felony aggravated robbery. He must serve 25 years of probation, follow several conditions, pay $135 in fines and pay $1,679.31 in restitution.
—Corey Gene Desmet, 43, of Hayfield was sentenced to a stayed prison term of three years and a stayed jail term of 150 days for felony first-degree DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must spend 30 days in jail, serve seven years of probation, follow several conditions and serve 100 hours of comamunity service. He received credit for three days served.
—Michael Gene Novak, 51, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines.
—Catherine Pelowski, 27, of Rochester was sentenced to 120 days in jail for gross misdemeanor providing false name and date of birth to a peace officer. She must pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 92 days served. This sentence in concurrent with another sentence.
—Rosalba Perez-Rangel, 36, of Brooklyn Center was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor criminal neglect. She must serve two years of probation and pay $385 in fines.
—James Steven Weis, 36, of Austin was sentenced to two years and three months in prison for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He was also sentenced to a consecutive term of one year and one day in prison for felony terroristic threats.
