Member Service Representative – Full Time

We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong work ethic, superior sales skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

This position provides solutions to members’ financial needs by explaining credit union products and services.

The individual is responsible for cross-selling and opening credit union products and per-forming financial transactions while meeting the MCECU service standard.

Individuals must exhibit enthusiasm, friendliness and demonstrate knowledge to build rapport with members.

Requirements include: high school degree or equivalent plus at least one year of post high school training/education, computer experience, good personal finances, cash handling and knowledge of basic math and problem solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
