Jump pack, wallet stolen from unlocked vehicle on Saturday

Police are looking for a suspect who stole a car battery jump pack and a wallet from an unlocked vehicle Saturday.

According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, officers responded to a call of items stolen from a Mazda in the 100 block of 10th Street Northeast at 10:17 a.m.

The owner said the items were taken between  12:30 and 4:30 a.m. The  jump pack is worth an estimated $100. A tan wallet with the word “Bride” written on it contained a small amount of cash, identification, credit/debit cards and insurance cards.

The victim said the vehicle was unlocked. There was no damage.

The police have no suspects at this time.
