Embarking on this year’s annual mystery trip

So where does a one-day mystery trip take you?
This year’s designation spoofed them all.
With a fair-inspired theme to go along with this year’s Mower County Fair, our destination was a Skyrock Farm and Carousel.
Located north of the Twin Cities, this trip included more than 20 antique fair and dance organs and several hundred small carousels on display.
In the indoor horse-training arena, we learned about the 40 horses they have housed at the farm. A jumping show followed that displayed the technique of the horses.
This is a family run farm along with the training school and they love to share their passion with groups. This just may be on our schedule in the future.
