The Blooming Prairie volleyball team picked up a win over United South Central (0-2 overall, 0-1 Gopher) by scores of 21-25, 25-23, 25-12, 25-18 on the road Thursday.

McKenna Hein had 11 kills for BP (5-3 overall, 1-1 Gopher) and Sam Wurst added seven kills and six blocks.

“We came away with the win tonight against USC, but it wasn’t as satisfying as we would’ve liked,” BP head coach Randell Kittleson said. “We were just not connecting tonight on a lot of levels and made too many unforced errors.”
