As Environmental, Health & Safety Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the Company’s EHS Department to include administrative duties, organization and management of records and files, as well as maintenance on web-based accounts and other routine reporting tasks.

The position will report to the EHS Manager. The successful candidate should possess a H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook. College education in safety discipline or similar education preferred.

Background and experience in Safety OSHA, Environmental, and Transportation preferred. Excellent written and oral skills coupled with good computer skills. Must be comfortable speaking to large groups of people and facilitating meetings. Must be people oriented and have the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization.
