The Hayfield volleyball team had a record-setting night as it swept Triton (0-4 overall, 0-3 HVL) by scores of 25-9, 25-11, 25-12 on the road Tuesday.

Hayfield senior Carrie Rutledge recorded her 1,115th career dig to set a new school record in that department and Maggie Streightiff now has 1,833 career set assists to take over the school’s record. Streightiff broke the previous record of 1,821 set assists which was held by her older sister Molly and Rutledge broke Alyssa Selk’s record of 1,036 digs.
