Convictions: Sept. 10-16

Shovan Hustin Brown, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed term of 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $410 in fines.

Brandon Michael-Scott Garson, 19, of Austin was sentenced to 15 days in jail for felony fourth-degree assault on a peace officer-throw/transfers bodily fluids or feces at/on an officer. He was sentenced to a concurrent sentence of one stayed year in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve five years of probation, perform 200 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. He received credit for 15 days served.

Phaengdy Khamda, 36, of Austin was sentenced to 64 months in prison for felony first-degree drug possession of 50 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine. She received a concurrent sentence of one year in jail for gross misdemeanor child endangerment-permit to be present during the sale or possession of a controlled substance. She must pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 120 days served.

Sara Jean Lewis, 32, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of her license-inimical to public safety. She must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines.

Summer Ray Maloney, 19, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions, perform 50 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines.

Wayne Allen Wacholz, 71, of Hayward was sentenced to two days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. He received credit for two days served.

Taricka Jahoia Henigan, 31, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a peace officer. She must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines.
