Tracy Channing Forbes, 48, of Grand Meadow was sentenced to two concurrent sentences of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $270 in fines.
Daniel Martin Gilles, 37, of Minneapolis was sentenced to 89 days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation and follow several conditions. He received credit for 89 days served.
Keenan Craig Kolstad, 27, of Stewartville was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 90 days for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines.
Troy Matthew Rasmussen, 47, of Spring Valley was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve two years of probation, perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. He received credit for two days served.
Taylor Allen Suchla, 26, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. The sentencing is concurrent with another case. He received credit for 62 days served.
