Rachel Teri Niemczycki, 48, of Austin, Minnesota, died peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, at her home in Austin.
Rachel suffered from high anxiety as well as depression but was a beautiful person inside and out.
Rachel was born March 15, 1969. Rachel enjoyed cooking, watching Joyce Meyer with her fiancé, as well as playing cribbage and Boggle. But Rachel’s true passion if life were her two boys, Chase and Brockton. Chase recently joined the Marine Corps and Rachel was and still is very, very proud of him. Brockton could not be a part of Rachel’s life due to legal reasons, but there was not a day in Rachel’s life where she wasn’t talking about and thinking about Brockton. She loved her two boys.
Survivors include her fiancé, Ricky Houff of Austin; two sisters, Jessie Rhinhart (Dan) of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and Dana Niemczycki (Bryan) of Maple Grove, Minnesota; her brother, Chris Niemczycki of Minneapolis; her father, Terry Niemczycki of White Bear Lake, Minnesota; and, of course, her two sons, Chase Swensen and Brockton Florek, both of Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Pankonin Niemczycki.
