The No. 5 ranked Grand Meadow football team lost to No. 1 Spring Grove (7-0 overall) by a score of 33-20 in Spring Grove Friday.

The Superlarks (5-2 overall) pulled to within 25-20 when Josh Graves had a one-yard TD with 8:07 left in the third quarter, but Alex Folz hit Noah Elton for a 61-yard TD pass to put the Lions up 33-20 with 1:08 left in the third.
