Austin man sentenced in drug case

An Austin man arrested in November 2014 after he sold methamphetamine to a police informant, according to the criminal complaint, has been sentenced to a 13-month prison term which is stayed for five years. He was given credit for 293 days served and has no time left to serve, court documents say.
Jacob Patrick Finnegan, 22, pleaded guilty in August to one count of felony fifth-degree drug possession. District Court Judge Jeffrey Kritzer delivered the sentence Monday.
