The Austin Bruins swept the weekend series from the Bismarck Bobcats (8-7-2 overall) when they won 2-1 on the road Saturday.

Justin Brandt scored the game-winner for Austin (6-6-1-2 overall) with 5:43 left in the game. Brandt is from Ann Arbor, Michigan and he now has eight points on the season.

Alex Schilling picked up his second win in two nights as he stopped 27 of the 28 shots he saw for Austin.
