—Michael Thomas Barren, 20, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for two counts of felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

—Gilberto Ramiro Carrillo Calmo, 21, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Charmaine Rose Johnson, 38, of Spring Valley was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 100 hours of community service and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.

—Bolis Martin Machdik, 23, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $100 in fines.

—Christopher Phillip Orke, 22, of Pine Island was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 100 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

—Kelsey Lynn Starman, 22, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
