—Derek Michael Clark, 28, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.
—Shannon Marie Huinker, 45, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of her license-inimical to public safety. She must follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow those conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
—Andrew Tyler Johnson, 29, of St. Louis Park was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, perform 50 hours of community service and follow several conditions. He received credit for 10 days served.
—Jodie Jane Koski, 26, of Dexter was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
—Karl Lionel Olson, 48, of Glenville was sentenced to two years of probation for felony issuing a dishonored check. He must follow a few conditions.
—Oman Owar Onyongo, 31, of Mapleview was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony domestic assault. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $3,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in one year and one day in prison. He received credit for 169 days served.
—Bradley Allen Trimble, 38, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
—James Daniel Williams, 26, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony first-degree DWI. He must serve seven years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 42 months in prison. He received credit for 125 days served. He received an additional sentence of one year of probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license – inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
