Sentencings: Dec. 24 – Dec. 30

These are sentences handed down Dec. 24-25 to people convicted in Mower County District Court.

— Melissa Gail Daily, 37, of Faribault, was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for seven days served.

— Brandi Michelle Haar, 44, of Northfield was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for two days served.

— Mark Alan Heiny, 47, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

— Micheal Kevin Earl Levorson, 26, of Brownsdale was sentenced to 240 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 240 days served.

— Lurae Dale McLarnan, 41, of Stewartville was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. McLarnan must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.

— Kenneth Nathaniel Mitchell, 36, of St. Cloud was sentenced to 60 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree sale of a narcotic-subsequent offense.

— Emmanuel Omod Oman, 23, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony violating a harassment restraining order-two or more priors within 10 years. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.

—Maria Ann Sanchez, 25, of Austin received an amended sentence of 12 months and one day in prison from Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must pay $100 in fines. The amendment was made because of a probation violation.

— Tyler Bill Stroud, 30, of West Concord was sentenced to 28 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk.

—Samuel Michael Tanner, 35, of Austin was sentenced to 78 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony second-degree possession of 25 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine.

— Patricia Ann Troupe, 55, of Lyle was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult-undue influence/harassment/duress. She must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison.
