Derek Lee Johnson, 27, of Blooming Prairie, died June 7, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Service: Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2011, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie.

Visitation: Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church.
