The No. 4 seeded Grand Meadow girls basketball team knocked off No. 13 Fillmore Central (11-17 overall) 48-32 in a Section 1A tournament opener in GM Thursday.

Riley Queensland paced the Superlarks (22-5 overall) with 18 points.

GM will now play No. 12 Southland in Mayo Civic Center Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
