Mower County 4-H member, Abigail Mueller, is one of five Minnesota representatives who will be attending the 2018 National 4-H Conference which starts this Saturday and runs through April 12 in Washington, D.C.
The conference empowers youth to become well-informed citizens and social change agents. Delegates have the opportunity to explore complex public issues and possible solutions through research and dialogue.
“Minnesota can be very proud of our youth delegates,” said Judith A. Conway, University of Minnesota Extension educator, committee chair and delegation chaperone. “They are amazing leaders and passionate about making a difference in their communities and the world.”
