The Mower County Humane Society and the Austin Vet Clinic would like to thank everyone who signed up their cat(s) for our annual Cat Spay/Neuter Clinic which was held during the month of March at the Austin Vet Clinic.

This year’s clinic had 201 cats spayed/neutered which means Mower County will have approximately 1,000 (!) less unwanted kittens in 2018. Thank you for helping to reduce the number of unwanted felines in our community.

The Mower County Humane Society can only take in a certain amount of felines and with this pro-active approach to spaying/neutering, you are making a difference.
