Seasons Hospice is a community based, nonprofit organization providing specialized care to people living with terminal illness. We have been caring for residents of southeastern Minnesota since 1997.

Our eight room hospice house is nestled on 13 acres of beautiful woodlands in SW rural Rochester. Our clinical staff enjoys a 1:4 patient ratio allowing quality time to be spent with each patient and their family.

Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

Full-time: 36 hours per week – 0.9 FTE (Day & Evening shifts + Every other weekend – Evening shift)

Registered Nurse

Full-time: 32 hours per week – 0.8 FTE (Evening shifts + Every other weekend – Evening shift)
