The Riverland Agricultural and Food Science Technology Club students helped children create their own take home garden plants. Children were asked to fill Styrofoam cups with soil, select their favorite garden seed, plant it into the soil, water it, and asked to place it in the sun when they went home. Ag Club member Pal Koak said, “This was a great experience to show how important agriculture is and teach little children how to be gardens and grow their own plants.”
