The Riverland Community College baseball team lost to St. Cloud Tech 6-0 and it is now in the elimination bracket at the Regional tournament in St. Cloud Thursday.

On Wednesday, RCC beat RCTC 10-7 in the opening round as Josh Molina hit two homers in the win and Brad Morris had one homer. Alex Ciola was four-for-six with two doubles.

RCC (23-5 overall) also received some awards as Scott Koenigs was chosen MCAC South coach of the year in his final year as head coach of the Blue Devils and RCC’s Mason Ruhlman was named MCAC South player of the year.

RCC’s Molina, Ruhlman, Ciola and Louis Rosario were all named to the All-MCAC South team.
