The sold-out King’s Woods Dinner at the Hormel Historic Home on Saturday night was a wonderful evening of great music and delicious food. This fundraiser benefited two local non-profits, The Hormel Historic Home and Gerard Academy.
Guests entered the Hormel Home to the wonderful piano music of Dan Ulland. Supporters enjoyed a fabulous filet mignon meal prepared by Chef Wade Kolander. We are grateful to members of the Austin High School National Honor Society for helping to serve the meal. During dinner Reminisce provided more music, which enticed dancers to the floor following the meal.
Holly Johnson, executive director of the Hormel Historic Home and Elaine Hansen, senior development coordinator for Gerard Academy, presented a brief program highlighting the services the non-profits provide.
The 2019 King’s Wood Dinner is planned for Saturday, May 18, and we’d love you to join us.
We are thankful for our event sponsors: Worlein Funeral Home, Bremer Bank, Karen Wolf, Greg and Theresa Jacobs, Greg Meyer State Farm Insurance, 1st Farmers & Merchants State Bank and Adams, Rizzi & Sween P.A.
Thank you for the ongoing support of the Hormel Historic Home and Gerard Academy.
