Christopher Lynn Wright, 29, of Austin was sentenced to 57 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree drug possession of 10 grams or more of methamphetamine. He received a concurrent sentence of 20 months in prison from Kritzer for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He received another concurrent sentence of 51 months in prison from Kritzer for felony second-degree burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. He must pay $12,800 in fines.

David Charles Nystel, 61, of Mapleview was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle with alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

James Daniel Williams, 26, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
