The Austin StartUp Factory is looking for entrepreneurs interested in participating in Cohort 2. The cost is $1,000 and the deadline is July 11.

Austin Community Growth Ventures has teamed up with Iowa State University to create this local program for entrepreneurs to coach them through one year on their journey to commercialization. The 52-week program consists of three academies during the first 26 weeks followed by 26 weeks of company specific mentoring.

The program outline includes business model development, CEO academy and a funding academy. The program is facilitated by Iowa State University with local mentors and coaches.

Participants meet on Wednesday afternoons in Austin for the first 26 weeks, followed by 26 weeks of once per month coaching selected specifically for each company.
