U.S. Bank has announced a new service that allows users to make appointments through online banking.

The new online appointment scheduling allows users to do this through the U.S. Bank mobile app or by visiting www.usbank.com/book.

Customers make the appointment online by filling out their banking need and choosing a convenient appointment date, time and branch location. They are connected to a local banker who is notified of the upcoming appointment.
