Fun was at the top of the list at the Freedom Fest Kids Free Fishing Contest.

There were four winners, one for each division, during the contest. All four received a trophy along with a fishing pole. The event drew 125 participants and over 55 fish were caught on June 30 at Eastside Lake.

Winners: Isaac Arenas, age 13-15 category; Alyssa Vlasaty, age 10-12 category; Jackson Vermilyea, age 7-9 category; and Peyton Carroll, age six and under category.
