NEW POSITION – SANITATION QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, Inc., a leading manufacturer of refrigerated food products, is seeking on individual with a positive attitude, good recording and organizational skills to join our team.
This position is full time Monday through Friday, start time is 7:00 p.m. with a varying end time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Know and follow all safety and quality standards as determined by HACCP and SQF programs.
• Pre-op all areas, including vats, loot baths, product temps., etc. to ensure that they ore sanitary and in good condition for startup.
• Prepare listeria swabs for Deibel Lobs weekly, salmonella swabs weekly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in food manufacturing Quality Control/ Sanitation preferred.
• HACCP certified preferred but will train.
• Must hove very good communication skills to interact with Sanitation to ensure all areas ore acceptable and ready for production.
• Must toke the initiative and work independently.
