Two Wild players will visit Austin Monday

The Minnesota Wild, in partnership with Wells Fargo, has announced the dates, times and locations for the Southern leg of the 2008 Wells Fargo Wild Road Tour, which will begin Monday, June 9 and visit Winona, Austin, Albert Lea, Faribault, New Ulm and Willmar before culminating with the third annual Wells Fargo Wild Summer Bash Thursday, June 12 at Rice Park in downtown Saint Paul.
Minnesota Wild players Derek Boogaard and Todd Fedoruk will join former NHL player and current Wild radio analyst Tom Reid (June 10 and June 11) on the Southern swing to benefit youth hockey in the region. Wild partners Coca-Cola and Schweigert will be donating product for each city’s youth hockey association to sell at the stops, with all proceeds benefiting local youth hockey.
The Southern leg’s first stop will be at the Wells Fargo located at 930 Parks Avenue in Winona, where guests can get autographs from Wild celebrities from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 9. The group will then travel to the Wells Fargo located at 501 North Main Street in Austin from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, June 10, the group will appear at the Wells Fargo located at 122 East Main Street in Albert Lea from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. and then head to Faribault for an appearance at Bashers Sports Bar in Faribault from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
