Mysak scores late goal to lift Bruins over Steel

The Austin Bruins came up with a big goal at the right time to beat the Chippewa Steel (3-11-1-1 overall) 5-4 on the road Friday.
Josef Mysak scored the game-winning goal with 3:55 left in the third period. The goal was the first of the season for Mysak, who is a University of Alaska-Anchorage commit from the Czech Republic.
The Bruins (9-1-0-3 overall) led 4-2 early in the third period when Chippwa’s Tomas Vochozka, who finished with a hat trick, scored back-to-back goals in a span of four minutes to tie game at 4-4.
Kyle McClellan stoped 33 of the 37 shots he saw in net for Austin.
The Steel are coached by former Bruins assistant Al Rooney.
