As Veterans Day is quickly approaching, Hy-Vee is gearing up for it’s Hy-Vee Homefront campaign.

The initiative is heading into its sixth consecutive year and is a fundraising effort for veteran programs that has raised more than $1.4 million to date.

Hy-Vee customers can donate to Hy-Vee Homefront Nov. 1-18 and on Monday, Nov. 12, the day following Veterans Day, free breakfast will be offered for veterans. Hy-Vee expects to serve more than 90,000 veterans and service members at its 246 stores.
