The Austin girls hockey team lost to Mankato West 5-2 in Riverside Arena Saturday.

The Scarlets took the lead for good at 2-1 when Sunshine Langworthy scored in the second period and Mankato West tacked on three straight goals in the third period.

Jaiden Schuster and Hannah McMasters each scored for the Packers (2-5 overall, 1-5 Big Nine)
