Connie Jean Nelson, 56

Connie Jean Nelson, 56, of Hollandale, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, after a five-year struggle with multiple sclerosis.
Connie was born March 16, 1962, the daughter of Floyd and Sharon Nelson.
She graduated from Albert Lea High School and was an exchange student in Peru. After high school, Connie moved to California for 10 years, then returned to Minnesota, where she worked at Hormel for over 20 years.
Connie lived on a farm with her boyfriend, Tom Zuehl. They had many animals that she loved and cared for. She was very devoted to her son, Cody Nelson, of whom she was very proud.
Connie leaves behind a son, Cody Nelson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; boyfriend, Tom Zuehl of Austin, Minnesota; father, Floyd Nelson of Albert Lea, Minnesota; sister, Darcy Nelson of California; brother, Guy Nelson of Hollandale; and nieces Ellarose and Emmablu of Hollandale.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Nelson.
