The Austin girls basketball team used a strong second half to beat Owatonna (2-8 overall, 2-6 Big Nine) 70-49 on the road Thursday.

Kiwi VanZant poured in 20 points for the Packers (8-2 overall, 7-2 Big Nine) as they outscored the Huskies by 20 in the second half.
