Hayfield boys use second half push to beat Medford

The Hayfield boys basketball team picked up its play in the second half as it beat Medford (1-12 overall, 0-8 Gopher) 75-40 in Hayfield Friday.
The Vikings (15-2 overall, 9-0 Gopher) trailed 11-2 to start the game, but they were able to force turnovers and get transition buckets in the second half. Mason Tapp led Hayfield with 25 points.
