The Austin gymnastics team took third place in the Big Nine meet in Winona Saturday.

The Packers finished with a team score of 135.25 and Owatonna won the meet with a score of 147.175. Northfield was second with a score of 141.75.

Sam Sheldon took third on beam with a 9.125, fifth on floor with a 9.15 and sixth in all-around with a 35.9.

Sheldon was named All-Big Nine and Austin’s Lilly Reyenen was honorable mention.
